General Policies

We normally ship within 2-3 days from the time your order is received, unless we are temporarily out of stock on an item or unless the item has been discontinued. In either case, you will be notified and an estimated ship date will be given, if applicable. If you request Express or Overnight service, we will ship your order out on the same day it was received or the next business day.

Standard Service takes 3-7 days, depending on your proximity to Chicago (our delivery point).

We are able to ship USPS Express, if requested. Please call or e-mail for prompt quote.

Additional charges are added to Express or Overnite rates if ordering the 5-day cylindercandles or if your package exceeds ten pounds

A $10 Service Charge will be added if you request Saturday delivery via UPS.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will cost an additional $10 if UPS; No additional charges if USPS.

There is no UPS service to foreign countries: only USPS-Air. The additional $10.00 charge for all foreign countries does not include Canada. Additional $6 for Canadian shipments. For Express or Overnite requests for international shipments please call or e-mail us for a quote.

Return Policies

We accept returns or exchanges within 15 business days of the ship date. Goods must be returned in original, unused condition. We will apply the credit to your charge card for merchandise amount only. Normal shipping rates apply to re-shipments. Satisfaction guaranteed, or your money back. All products are sold as curios only. We make no supernatural claims. All names are "brand names" only, and their respective alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and traditions passed down over the years.
